Because of the complexity of our products we have multiple shipping methods, if you buy products that have different methods at the same time your will get the message We Will Contact You For Shipping Costs. If you order each product group individually you we get the proper shipping costs added to your order, with exception of Audiotec's products that each product has to be ordered individually, or you will get We Will Contact You For Shipping Costs message. Most products over $75.00, or a combination of products from the same manufacturer over $75.00 sold at Residtronics.com ship for free (ground) to all points throughout the contiguous USA. All TIC Rock speakers have a one time handling fee added to them by the manufacturer and must be passed on to the consumer to be able to keep the prices competitive. All products sold outside the contiguous USA will be charged shipping costs. We will give the customer an approximated cost via email within 48 hours of ordering. Exact shipping charges will be deducted from there form of payment at shipping. Residtronics.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes.

Shipping will be charged on All Kinetic, Audiotec, and some Acoustics First products because of their sizes and weights. Most of these product can not be shipped by UPS, these high weight products are shipped by freight truck and include free curbside delivery (also called tailgate delivery). Once your item has shipped, your shipment tracking information will be emailed to you. In the case where an item ships via freight truck, the freight company will call you before delivery to set up an agreeable delivery date and time. In the case of freight truck delivery, the free shipping includes delivery to your home or office, but does not include "inside delivery". You may purchase "inside delivery" separately from the freight company or from us if you wish. To purchase it from us, give us a call at 1-877-5tronic. The charge is generally between $30 and $60.

Delivery schedule
Many products sold by Residtronics.com are custom built, and have to be signed off by the client before shipping. Delivery time can vary, and in many cases up to 3-4 weeks delivery. Most custom cable wire orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Most items have free shipping, and are shipped via ground, You will receive an email with all delivery details and tracking numbers. It is a must you supply us with a valid email address and phone number.
